Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the AtlasMove application. By
creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About AtlasMove
AtlasMove is a multi-service urban mobility platform developed and operated by
AtlasMove FZ-LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Our platform connects passengers with drivers, individuals with delivery couriers, and users
with professional relocation teams across Tunisia and the MENA region.
AtlasMove acts as a technology intermediary — we connect users with
independent service providers. We are not a transportation company or employer of drivers.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use AtlasMove. By creating an account,
you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- One person may only maintain one active account
- You must not share or transfer your account to another person
2.3 Verification
AtlasMove may require identity verification via phone number, national ID, or other means.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail verification.
3. Services Offered
AtlasMove provides three main service categories:

Ride-hailing: Book a driver for personal transportation within covered
areas

Package Delivery: Send parcels and goods via our courier network
(standard and express)

Relocation & Moving: Professional assistance for household or office
relocation
Service availability may vary by location and time. AtlasMove reserves the right to modify,
suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
4. Rider Terms
4.1 Booking a Ride
- You agree to be at the pickup location at the confirmed time
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off addresses
- Maximum of 4 passengers per standard vehicle unless otherwise specified
4.2 Rider Conduct
- Treat drivers with respect at all times
- Do not ask drivers to violate traffic laws or take unofficial routes
- No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances in vehicles
- You are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during your ride
4.3 Rating System
After each trip, you will be asked to rate your driver. Riders with consistently low ratings
may have their access to the platform restricted.
5. Driver Terms
5.1 Driver Activation

Drivers must pay a one-time activation fee in USDT (TRC-20) to access the
platform
- Drivers must provide a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Vehicles must meet AtlasMove's minimum standards for safety and cleanliness
5.2 Driver Obligations
- Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance at all times
- Follow all local traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards
- Accept rides assigned through the app in a timely manner
- Treat all passengers with professionalism and respect
5.3 Driver Independence
Drivers using AtlasMove are independent contractors, not employees of
AtlasMove FZ-LLC. AtlasMove is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages
caused by drivers.
6. Payments & Refunds
6.1 Payment Methods
AtlasMove currently accepts payments via:
- USDT (TRC-20) — cryptocurrency payments via Tron blockchain
- Cash payments where available
6.2 Pricing
- Ride prices are calculated based on distance, time, and demand
- The estimated price is shown before you confirm your booking
- Final price may vary due to route changes, waiting time, or tolls
6.3 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds for USDT payments are returned to the original wallet address
- No refunds for completed trips unless there is a verified service failure
- Driver activation fees are non-refundable
⚠️ Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. Always verify wallet addresses before
sending USDT payments.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Rider Cancellations
- Free cancellation within 2 minutes of booking
- Cancellations after 2 minutes may incur a cancellation fee
- Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions
7.2 Driver Cancellations
- Drivers who cancel excessively may have their accounts suspended
- If a driver cancels, the rider will be automatically rematched with another driver
7.3 No-Show Policy
If a rider is not at the pickup location within 5 minutes of driver
arrival, the driver may cancel the trip and a no-show fee may apply.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the AtlasMove platform:
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users
- Manipulating the app, pricing, or rating systems
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or drivers
- Using the platform for illegal transportation of goods or persons
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the AtlasMove platform
- Requesting services outside the app to avoid platform fees
- Any form of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or nationality
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
AtlasMove provides a technology platform to connect users with independent service
providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AtlasMove is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring
during rides or deliveries

AtlasMove is not responsible for the conduct of drivers or delivery
personnel

AtlasMove's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific
service in dispute

AtlasMove is not liable for service interruptions, app downtime, or technical failures

AtlasMove is not responsible for losses related to blockchain transactions or
cryptocurrency volatility
10. Intellectual Property
All content within the AtlasMove application, including but not limited to the logo, design,
code, trademarks, and branding, are the exclusive property of
AtlasMove FZ-LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the AtlasMove platform
without prior written consent.
11. Termination
AtlasMove reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time
for:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Repeated negative ratings or complaints
- Non-payment of applicable fees
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the
United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent
courts of Dubai, UAE.
For users in Tunisia, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
13. Changes to Terms
AtlasMove reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify
users of significant changes via in-app notification or email at least
14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated
terms.
